Deposit Requirement
For all one-time service projects, a 50% deposit is required before scheduling and beginning project operations.

Remaining Balance Payment Terms
The remaining 50% project balance will be invoiced upon completion of field operations and delivery preparation, payable under Net 30 Payment Terms.

Net 30 means the customer has 30 calendar days from the invoice date to submit payment in full.

Utility & Infrastructure Partnership Programs
Cox Aerial Solutions LLC Annual Thermal Inspection Programs are structured around recurring inspections, reserved scheduling availability, reporting services, and long-term infrastructure monitoring.
Because these programs require advance planning, dedicated operational availability, equipment readiness, and ongoing customer support, payment is structured as follows:
Initial Contract Payment — 25% Required
Upon execution of an Annual Thermal Inspection Agreement, a 25% initial payment is required before service commencement.
This payment secures:
- Annual inspection scheduling
- Reserved operational availability
- Project planning
- Customer coordination
- Administrative preparation
Remaining Contract Balance Payment Options
The remaining 75% contract balance may be paid through one of the following options:
Monthly Payment Option
The remaining balance is divided into equal monthly payments throughout the contract term.

Services outside the approved scope of work may require additional charges. Examples:

Customers will be notified of any additional costs before work outside the approved scope is performed whenever practical.
Weather & Operational Conditions
Cox Aerial Solutions LLC prioritizes safe and compliant operations. Flights may be delayed or rescheduled due to:
- Unsafe weather conditions
- High winds
- Lightning
- FAA restrictions
- Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs)
- Airspace limitations
- Unsafe operating environments
Cox Aerial Solutions LLC maintains final authority regarding whether flight operations can safely and legally be conducted. Weather or FAA-related delays do not eliminate contracted service obligations. Services will be rescheduled when conditions allow.
Late Payment Policy
Invoices not paid according to agreed payment terms may result in:
- Suspension of future services
- Loss of priority scheduling
- Delayed delivery of final reports or deliverables
- Additional collection actions when necessary
