Customized Service Pricing

Every project is unique. Pricing is developed based on the specific requirements of each customer and may include:

• Scope of work
• Project complexity
• Inspection requirements
• Flight operations required
• Equipment and technology utilized
• Data processing requirements
• Reporting requirements
• Travel and mobilization needs
• Project timeline

A written estimate or proposal will be provided before work begins outlining:

• Services included
• Expected deliverables
• Project timeline
• Total project investment
• Payment requirements

Standalone and Additional Full Flight Days: Any standalone or additional full Flight Day outside an included annual allocation is priced at a minimum of $5,000 per operating crew for up to eight consecutive hours. Higher written pricing may apply. Included annual Tier Field Days remain bundled within the annual program fee.

Tier 6 additional Full Field Days are priced at $6,250 per standard additional Full Field Day, with a preferred rate of $5,000 per Tier 6 preferred additional Full Field Day. No half-day, partial-day, or prorated additional-day pricing applies.

Limited, fixed-scope projects that are not sold as full eight-hour Flight Days may be quoted below this minimum; the minimum applies whenever a full Flight Day is scheduled.

Cox Aerial Solutions LLC provides one-time aerial services for customers requiring professional drone operations without an ongoing annual service agreement.

Inspection Day Services

A Field Day is up to eight consecutive hours of scheduled project activity by one Cox Aerial crew, measured from arrival at the first project site through completion of field collection and site closeout. Travel from and back to the Normal Operating Base is excluded unless the approved Scope of Work states otherwise.

Full Field Days Only

Annual Utility Partnership Programs are based on Full Field Days. Cox Aerial Solutions does not apply half-day pricing, half-day credits, partial-day conversions, or prorated Field Days to annual utility Tier programs unless a signed amendment expressly states otherwise.

A scheduled Field Day may be consumed as one Full Field Day even when field activity concludes before eight hours because Cox Aerial has reserved the crew, aircraft, equipment, reporting resources, and operating capacity for that scheduled day.

Standalone and Additional Full Flight Days

Any standalone or additional full Flight Day outside an included annual allocation is priced at a minimum of $5,000 per operating crew for up to eight consecutive hours. Higher written pricing may apply. Included annual Tier Field Days remain bundled within the annual program fee.

A full additional or standalone eight-hour Flight Day carries a $5,000 minimum per operating crew. This minimum applies to one-time projects and to any Field Day added beyond a Tier's included annual allocation, unless a signed Scope of Work, change order, or written quote states otherwise.

Tier 6 additional Full Field Days are priced at $6,250 per standard additional Full Field Day, with a preferred rate of $5,000 per Tier 6 preferred additional Full Field Day. No half-day, partial-day, or prorated additional-day pricing applies.

Project Activation Requirement

A completed and mutually signed Project Order or Scope of Work, together with the required non-refundable 50% initial payment, is required before scheduling, project preparation, mobilization, customer-portal setup, or Services begin.

The initial payment secures:

• Project scheduling
• Equipment preparation
• Flight planning
• Operational coordination
• Resource allocation

Remaining Balance Payment Terms

The remaining 50% is invoiced upon Substantial Performance or preparation of final Deliverables, whichever occurs first, and is due Net 30. No contractual late-payment fee is charged. Approved additions, travel, standby, emergency work, taxes, noncancelable expenses, and signed change orders may be invoiced separately or included in the final invoice.

What Does Net 30 Mean?

Net 30 means the customer has 30 calendar days from the invoice date to submit payment in full.

Payment is considered timely when received within the 30-day payment period. Net 30 terms allow commercial customers and organizations adequate time for internal approval and accounts payable processing while providing Cox Aerial Solutions LLC with predictable payment scheduling.

Utility & Infrastructure Partnership Programs

Cox Aerial Solutions LLC Annual Utility Partnership Programs are structured around recurring inspections, reserved scheduling availability, reporting services, and long-term infrastructure monitoring.

Because these programs require advance planning, dedicated operational availability, equipment readiness, and ongoing customer support, payment is structured as follows:

Annual Partnership Activation Requirement

An Annual Utility Partnership does not become effective until all of the following occur:

• Both parties sign the completed Scope of Work
• Cox Aerial Solutions LLC receives the required non-refundable 25% initial payment
• The payment option is selected in writing

Unless the signed Scope of Work establishes a later Effective Date, the Annual Utility Partnership becomes effective once all three conditions above are satisfied. No annual program term, Field Day allocation, emergency-response benefit, portal service period, scheduling obligation, or Services begin before the Effective Date.

Annual Field Days represent reserved capacity — they are not unlimited services or guaranteed production.

The 25% initial payment is non-refundable and may be applied against noncancelable commitments if the program is cancelled.

This payment secures:

• Annual inspection scheduling
• Reserved operational availability
• Project planning
• Customer coordination
• Administrative preparation

Remaining Contract Balance Payment Options

The remaining 75% contract balance may be paid through one of the following options:

Tier 1 Annual Partnership Payment Example

The non-refundable 25% initial payment is credited toward the total annual contract price. It is not an additional charge above the annual fee. The remaining 75% may be paid according to the monthly, quarterly, annual, or other payment schedule stated in the signed agreement.

Tier 6 Dedicated Utility Operations Partner

Emergency response services may be available for:

• Storm damage assessments
• Outage investigations
• Critical infrastructure evaluations
• Equipment failure documentation
• Time-sensitive aerial operations

Emergency response benefits are discounted billable events, not free calls.

Preferred Emergency-Rate Schedule

Emergency response services outside an active annual agreement are invoiced separately.

Emergency response operations are subject to:

• Pilot availability
• FAA requirements
• Weather conditions
• Safe operating conditions

240 miles of actual round-trip vehicle miles from the Normal Operating Base are included per mobilization. Excess mileage is billed at $0.67/mile per deployed vehicle. Assignments outside the primary service territory may incur a per diem of $250 per crew member per Crew Day.

Customer-caused standby is billed at $200 / hour with a 1 hour minimum, then in 15-minute increments thereafter.

No duplicate recovery: the same labor interval or loss is not billed under more than one category (for example, standby and emergency response are not charged for the same hour).

Services outside the approved scope of work may require additional charges. Examples:

• Additional locations
• Additional inspection areas
• Additional flight days
• Expanded reporting requirements
• Additional data processing
• Custom deliverables

Customers will be notified of any additional costs before work outside the approved scope is performed whenever practical.

Authorized customers may use the Cox Aerial Solutions customer portal to access applicable project documents, reports, and delivery materials. Access is limited to approved users and projects associated with their accounts.

• Standard reporting target: 5 Business Days
• Professional or Advanced target: 7 Business Days
• Tier 6 Advanced Reports: guaranteed within 3 Business Days under the Tier 6 Agreement, subject to the agreement’s delivery-clock starting conditions, pauses, and exceptions
• Active portal/download period: 90 days
• Selected Project Data may be retained for up to 365 days after delivery
• Restoration after the portal period: $250 if data remains available
• Customer must download and maintain authoritative copies
• One customer cannot access another customer’s documents
• Files are not publicly indexed
• Authentication errors do not reveal sensitive account information

Cox Aerial Solutions LLC prioritizes safe and compliant operations. Flights may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

• Unsafe weather conditions
• High winds
• Lightning
• FAA restrictions
• Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs)
• Airspace limitations
• Unsafe operating environments

Cox Aerial Solutions LLC maintains final authority regarding whether flight operations can safely and legally be conducted. Weather or FAA-related delays do not eliminate contracted service obligations. Services will be rescheduled when conditions allow.

Cox Aerial Solutions LLC may suspend scheduling, dispatch, portal release, report delivery, or additional work when an undisputed invoice remains unpaid beyond Net 30. A good-faith dispute regarding one charge does not excuse payment of unrelated undisputed amounts.
