Cox Aerial Solutions LLC
Our Project Process
A Professional Approach From Planning to Final Deliverables
At Cox Aerial Solutions LLC, every project follows a structured process designed to provide accurate data, safe operations, and valuable results.
Whether performing thermal inspections for critical infrastructure, aerial mapping for development and agriculture, or professional aerial media, our process is built around the same principles:
Safety. Precision. Quality. Reliability.
Cox Aerial documents apparent visual and thermal conditions and organizes them for customer evaluation. Cox Aerial does not diagnose defects, determine root cause, certify equipment condition, or prescribe maintenance or repair actions.
This page describes our company-wide project process. For the utility-specific thermal inspection workflow, see Our Thermal Inspection Process.
Inspection limitations
Cox Aerial Solutions LLC provides remote, non-destructive aerial observations and informational deliverables based on conditions visible to the selected sensors during the inspection period. Services do not constitute professional engineering, electrical contracting, roofing contracting, code certification, structural certification, land surveying, repair instruction, or a guarantee that every defect or hazard will be detected. Final severity, cause, maintenance action, repair, shutdown, switching, and engineering decisions remain with qualified customer personnel.
Step 1 — Project Consultation & Scope Review
Understanding Your Objectives
Every successful project begins with understanding the customer's goals. Before any flight operation, Cox Aerial Solutions LLC works with each customer to define:
