Pilot Authority & Safety Decision-Making

The Remote Pilot in Command (PIC) has final authority regarding flight operations.

Cox Aerial Solutions LLC reserves the right to:

  • Decline unsafe flight conditions
  • Delay operations due to safety concerns
  • Modify inspection plans when necessary
  • Cancel flights when regulatory requirements cannot be met

Safety decisions are made to protect people, property, equipment, and the integrity of the inspection process.

No Guarantee Of Flight Completion Due To FAA Or Weather Restrictions

While Cox Aerial Solutions LLC makes every reasonable effort to complete scheduled inspections, flight completion cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside of our control.

If an inspection cannot safely be completed, Cox Aerial Solutions LLC will work with the customer to determine the appropriate next steps, including rescheduling when conditions allow.
